Trupti	As far as concerned with safety issue definitely it is very useful to carry mobile but I personally think problem lies within the society where as a child when they use mobile or start gaming app parents really feel proud that their small child can operate such technology as we know childrens always try to imitate their parents as their parent are their role model in childhood when parents are busy they purposely hand over their mobile to their children to sit quite in one place , instead if at that age they are kept away from mobile and as they grow if parents introduce technology as their opportunity to learn more to explore themselves then it wouldn't be problem . In India right now in school they can collect mobile from the students while entering classes and can be given to them while they are leaving . So it's not a big deal I guess. so saftey issue and distraction issue would get dissolved.

Pallabi	Hello everyone I am Pallabi Ghosh.I think election has nothing to do as after so many years of Independence the basic things of life to survive for a common man are not given to our people.There are people who cannot have their three time meal,roof,cloths,fuel,medicine ,water etc properly which should a good government provide to everyone in their country. Overall the election process is also itself cannot be trustworthy as many people cannot cast there vote loyally as there is rigging and picketing..So how can we say that election can do anything for governance as it is not done in the right way?
