Jeet Chowdhury	While I’ve generally agreed with most of the decisions that my former boss and I have had to make, there are a couple of circumstances that come to mind. In both cases, I chose to assess why it was that I disagreed with my superior and tried to come up with a different plan of action that we both might approve of. From each of these experiences, I was able to learn how to compromise while boosting my communication skills and deepening my relationships with coworkers.

Once I fell in a tough situation where there was clash between my exam and my U-16 cricket match. If I decide not to give the exam then it will hurt my feelings and if I decide to skip the match then it will hurt my parents. So I prepared my level best by the practice of quick writing. I completed my exam before 2 hours and I also reached to stadium on time, before the toss of the match.

Farha Deshmukh	My experience was for 5 years but just in a single firm in which I previously worked and I was very fortunate with the job. If I talk about the work that I felt boring was my summer vacation homework, that I cursed the most. But unfortunately, it was compulsory so I had to give 1 hour of my vacation days, which I felt boring.
23	Fresher	What makes you angry?	Karun Chabra	I would love to answer this question as it is very genetic in my case. From childhood till now, I have a problem with anger and at one instance time, my family and friends got rid of it. I used to search for how to control anger? Finally, I got a better idea of executing anger. Being a management student, I applied management to my anger, and now only I show anger when I fail to achieve something. As anger helps me to think more and more, it also helps to deal with the situation and be prepared for the same situation in the future.

I believe that every task teaches a new lesson to a person. I am very sure that if I am offered this job then it would enhance my skills.

This made me realize that I wasn’t decisive with my goals. I repeated this question in my mind several times. I have come to a simple conclusion. In the upcoming years, I see myself satisfied with the work I am doing. To make this a reality, I have to work within an atmosphere which understands my views. However, when new projects come across my plate, I sometimes jump right into those projects and halt work on the projects I had in progress. Having to jump between tasks, so many times throughout the day hinders my productivity and prevents me from delivering my best work.

I would change the pattern I have followed while pursuing schooling. I was not aware of the available opportunities at that point of time. Instead of following the traditional way of being a graduate I would rather set a goal and have followed the path that leads to the goal. This way I think might have already achieved the milestones that are yet to be achieved and likely to take around 3-4 years from now.

One day one of my managers came to me and said that I had been entering some information incorrectly. At first, I felt taken aback. I am a competent worker. Thankfully, I took a second to review my work. They were right. I had performed sloppily. I apologized to them for letting my work get so messy. After that, I never made that mistake again. Explaining what you learned from the criticism is a great way to show that you don’t shy away from being told you do something incorrectly. It also shows hiring managers that you want to learn.

It is the story of none other than my class teacher of class 5th and our maths teacher till10th class. She was amazing in math. I don't get any appropriate adjectives for her humanity. As being a kid we use to always put her in trouble by violating the class and just because of us she used to face our principal for our misbehavior. When we were about to finish our schooling we got to know that she got divorced when she was just 19, and she had twins for whom she was working as a teacher, but she never showed her depression or aggression on us. We use to call her "COW." After realizing all this, we were all speechless. We all are inspired by her that situation doesn't matter, the thing matter is just your dedication. She always uses while motivating the students weaker in math, "just keep the focus on what you want to achieve and give your best shot, I bet you will replace the topper of the class."

Uma Pandey	Sir, I believe determination, dedication, discipline along with a zeal to complete his assigned work on time makes him an asset to the hub. Though, I am a fresher and don't have much experience I have a positive attitude and will devote my 100 percent to the role that I am offered.

Sparsh Khanna	Honestly, in retrospect, there was probably something I could have done better at my last job, but nothing of any major consequence comes to mind. Honestly, the only thing you can do at that point is to thank the person for pointing out the flaw. It's like when you have to tell a friend they have food on their face. Some people don’t like that, but I see it as a way to protect them from greater embarrassment with someone else. Last year, I received criticism from a coworker on my report writing. She did not like how I sent each report in a separate email. Instead, she requested that all emails be sent in one email. I had no idea this was what she preferred. As soon as she told me this, I was easily able to make the change by compiling all documents into one email. Ever since then, everything has been fantastic between the two of us.
