But that criticism taught me to concentrate more on my work and give my best and never repeat such silly mistakes.
7 | Fresher | What makes you angry? | Shivani Singh | Getting angry is a human tendency. I try not to get angry frequently but whenever anyone takes undue advantage of a person, thing or situation I get angry. And I try to stop that person from doing so by persuasion.
8 | Fresher | Are you willing to relocate or travel? | Meher Shah | I very much enjoy this area and would love to continue my career here, but this position is a great opportunity for my career and if relocating is a part of that, I would definitely consider it.
9 | Fresher | What is the difference between hard work and smart work? | Lopamudra Mehta | Hard work:- Hard work gives you experience.
Smart work:- Smartwork comes from experience.
10 | Fresher | What are your strengths and weaknesses? | Gurdeep Bhatt | I’ve always preferred to work in groups and find that my collaborative nature is one of my strongest attributes. On the college projects that I directed, I work well to inspire diverse team members and work side by side with them to achieve the project goals.
I tend to be overly critical of myself. Whenever I complete a project, I can’t help but feel that I could have done more even if my work received a positive response.
11 | Fresher | Have you considered starting your own business? | Anubhav Ahuja | Mam being a fresher opening a business wouldn’t be a good fit for me because I do my best work in stable jobs with well-defined responsibilities. I also enjoy working in positions that let me learn from my co-workers and managers.
12 | Fresher | Tell me something about our company. | Urvashi Modi | What I feel about your company is that it has an excellent work culture, provides a good platform and also has a good reputation in the industry. I want to work for such a company to shape my career and also want to utilize my potential & skill for organizational growth.
13 | Experienced | Why did you resign from your previous job? | Bhavna Haldar | I had been with the organization for many years and wanted to experience a new environment to continue growing. I am in search of technology advancement, a better working environment, and a place that would end up till my retirement.
14 | Experienced | What changes would you make if you came on board? | Lavanya Batra | First thing, I would learn and expertise the process and companies vision, mission and goal. Simultaneously, on the other hand, I would work on creating a bond with the team. Because I believe that making a change or bringing success is possible only after you know the team members and their current issues by stepping into their shoes. So gradually as I expertise the process and spend time with my team, I'm sure as a team we will make a huge positive difference to the program by bringing up the stats.
15 | Experienced | What would you say to your boss if he is crazy about an idea, but you think it stinks? | Jeet Chowdhury | While I’ve generally agreed with most of the decisions that my former boss and I have had to make, there are a couple of circumstances that come to mind. In both cases, I chose to assess why it was that I disagreed with my superior and tried to come up with a different plan of action that we both might approve of. From each of these experiences, I was able to learn how to compromise while boosting my communication skills and deepening my relationships with coworkers.
16 | Fresher | What are your career options right now? | Indiresh Bedi | Being a fresher right now my career option is to fit in a good job, where I can use my knowledge to enhance my skills and be a value-added resource to the organization.
17 | Fresher | What is the difference between confidence and over confidence? | Lavanya Batra | Confidence is a good trait to have, where a person is sure about his course of action or activity and it comes from past success and the right decisions.
Overconfidence is an excessive belief in their abilities ignoring the fact that their decision can be wrong too.
18 | Fresher | Can you work under pressure? | Jeet Chowdhury | I enjoy working under pressure because I believe it helps me grow. I had been part of many schools and college functions coordinating teams. Where it was always on us how to display. During arrangement, the pressure is almost the same as on the dean of school and college. With our excellent team coordination, we always rocked.
19 | Experienced | How many hours a week do you normally work? | Nilaksh Datta | In my last post, I worked 38 hours a week, from 9 until 5. I am quite happy working a normal nine to five, although I am very flexible, I don’t mind working different hours, longer shifts, or even on weekends and bank holidays, so if you required me to work any different hours that wouldn’t be a problem.
20 | Experienced | Tell me honestly about the strong points and weak points of your boss (company, management team, etc.) | Gaurav Balakrishnan | There are many strong points in my boss and it is difficult to choose a few, but the most things which I have observed and learned from him are that he is an excellent motivator, too energetic, be a punctual, open-minded and smart hard worker. Coming to the weak points, as human beings, everyone has weak points but I think I am not the right person to judge him.
21 | Experienced | What was the toughest challenge you have ever faced? | Mridul Ahluwalia | I have been taught from my childhood that being punctual is one of the key to success. And I love to be punctual. Once I fell in a tough situation where there was clash between my exam and my U-16 cricket match. If I decide not to give the exam then it will hurt my feelings and if I decide to skip the match then it will hurt my parents. So I prepared my level best by the practice of quick writing. I completed my exam before 2 hours and I also reached to stadium on time, before the toss of the match.
22 | Experienced | Tell me about the most boring job you have ever had. | Farha Deshmukh | My experience was for 5 years but just in a single firm in which I previously worked and I was very fortunate with the job. If I talk about the work that I felt boring was my summer vacation homework, that I cursed the most. But unfortunately, it was compulsory so I had to give 1 hour of my vacation days, which I felt boring.
23 | Fresher | What makes you angry? | Karun Chabra | I would love to answer this question as it is very genetic in my case. From childhood till now, I have a problem with anger and at one instance time, my family and friends got rid of it. I used to search for how to control anger? Finally, I got a better idea of executing anger. Being a management student, I applied management to my anger, and now only I show anger when I fail to achieve something. As anger helps me to think more and more, it also helps to deal with the situation and be prepared for the same situation in the future.
24 | Fresher | Are not you overqualified for this position? | Varun Ghosh | Qualified and overqualified is just a word to show. According to me, qualification is not everything. I believe that every task teaches a new lesson to a person. I am very sure that if I am offered this job then it would enhance my skills.
25 | Fresher | Where do you see yourself five years from now? | Shridevi Seth | In the past, when someone asked me where do you see yourself five years from now, I was not specific with my answer. This made me realize that I wasn’t decisive with my goals. I repeated this question in my mind several times. I have come to a simple conclusion. In the upcoming years, I see myself satisfied with the work I am doing. To make this a reality, I have to work within an atmosphere which understands my views. I am sure that this organization can help me achieve the target. Every element of my goal can be constructed within the walls of this organization. The organization respects hard work. This motivation can help me grow and excel in the field. So after five years, I can say that I am happy with the work I do.
26 | Experienced | Why have you been out of work so long? | Ritesh Mangal | I have taken some time to further my education and improved my skills to contribute more to the company I will work for.
27 | Fresher | What are your strengths and weaknesses? | Lathika Biswas | My strongest asset is my work ethic and my willingness to step in when needed. I’m not afraid to take on a difficult client or do a project that nobody else wants because those are the clients and projects that teach me the most. I typically love to work outside of my job description and do whatever is asked of me. I'm not above any single task, and I take great pride in my ability to step in and adapt to any situation to get the best results for the company.
When I’m given a task, I am very goal-oriented and work hard to complete that task. However, when new projects come across my plate, I sometimes jump right into those projects and halt work on the projects I had in progress. Having to jump between tasks, so many times throughout the day hinders my productivity and prevents me from delivering my best work.
28 | Experienced | How do you feel about reporting to a younger person? | Jagan Dara | Sir, knowledge does not depend on age. If that person has more talent and knowledge than an older one. Then I would feel honor reporting him.
29 | Experienced | Looking back, what would you do differently in your life? | Bhaskar Patel | If somehow I become lucky to get a chance to do something differently. I would change the pattern I have followed while pursuing schooling. I was not aware of the available opportunities at that point of time. Instead of following the traditional way of being a graduate I would rather set a goal and have followed the path that leads to the goal. This way I think might have already achieved the milestones that are yet to be achieved and likely to take around 3-4 years from now.
30 | Experienced | Looking back, what would you do differently in your life? | Shweta Sachdev | Everything that happens in our life has a cause be it good or bad. What is done is done. I would not change anything because good things have always encouraged me to do more good and my mistakes and failures have helped me improve myself.
31 | Fresher | Why should I hire you? | Vikas Garg | Actually, as a fresher, I have no experience. I have theoretical knowledge but no practical knowledge. So I feel this will be the platform to explore my skills and knowledge which will indirectly help me with my personal growth as well as the growth of the firm.
32 | Experienced | Why are not you earning more money at this stage of your career? | Kavya Mannan | Because, I am not a money-minded person, I prefer future growth, job satisfaction, and happy family life. I am a career-oriented person and I believe that if a career is on the right track, money can come automatically.
33 | Experienced | Why should I hire you from the outside when I could promote someone from within? | Udit Kashyap | Promoting to existing employees is a good and positive approach, but the combination of old branches and new leaves always make a better tree. So it will be always better for an organization if a fresh new attitude/thought mixed with an experienced thought.
34 | Experienced | How could you have improved your career progress? | Naishadh Apte | Career progression can be improved with dedication and determination to strive for the target set forth. The vast goals will be achieved by breaking them into small pieces and going forward continuously and achieving them. As it is said, the journey to a thousand miles start with a single step.
35 | Experienced | Have you been absent from work for more than a few days in any previous position? | Chaaya Khurana | I feel that when I am absent on workday then I am missing out on something, so it is very rare that I take off at all. The only time I can recall being absent, with the exception of a vacation week during our slow time of year, was to help care for a family member after surgery.
36 | Experienced | May I contact your present employer for a reference? | Girish Burman | No, I wouldn't ask you to do that right now because I do value the position I am currently holding, even though I am looking for a change. I would rather prefer that I inform the manager in person about my job hunt and then I am sure there will be no problem if you contact them.
37 | Experienced | Tell me about a situation when your work was criticized. | Manvik Chawla | I had been at the job for a few years. I felt like I knew what I was doing. One day one of my managers came to me and said that I had been entering some information incorrectly. At first, I felt taken aback. I am a competent worker. Thankfully, I took a second to review my work. They were right. I had performed sloppily. I apologized to them for letting my work get so messy. After that, I never made that mistake again.
Explaining what you learned from the criticism is a great way to show that you don’t shy away from being told you do something incorrectly. It also shows hiring managers that you want to learn.
38 | Experienced | Why did you resign from your previous job? | Jhanvi Mahajan | I was bit curious when I was hired in my previous job. 42 | Fresher | Who has inspired you in your life and why? | Shreya Sharma | I would like to share a story of my inspiration. It is the story of none other than my class teacher of class 5th and our maths teacher till10th class. She was amazing in math. I don't get any appropriate adjectives for her humanity. As being a kid we use to always put her in trouble by violating the class and just because of us she used to face our principal for our misbehavior. When we were about to finish our schooling we got to know that she got divorced when she was just 19, and she had twins for whom she was working as a teacher, but she never showed her depression or aggression on us. We use to call her "COW." After realizing all this, we were all speechless.
We all are inspired by her that situation doesn't matter, the thing matter is just your dedication. She always uses while motivating the students weaker in math, "just keep the focus on what you want to achieve and give your best shot, I bet you will replace the topper of the class."

44 | Fresher | Describe your ideal company, location and job. | Sparsh Khanna | For me, the company where my efforts and hard work gets recognized and opportunities and challenges are thrown at me to prove myself. The company where I can learn and implement and see myself as a complete grown up and more mature person.
For me, location does matter because I want to work while staying with my family, the thing also matters is the competitive environment but at the same time cooperative and motivating.
45 | Fresher | Give me an example of your creativity. | Maya Saxena | Creativity is not only making different things, just do things differently.

47 | Fresher | How do you feel about working nights and weekends? | Jagan Dara | Every person has to keep a balance between their personal and professional life. Spending time with families is also of utmost importance as we all earn to keep them happy. So, I will try my level best to complete my all assignments during working hours itself avoiding working late nights and on weekends. However once in a while when it is utmost required I will surely work late hours and also during weekends for the growth of my organization.
48 | Fresher | Why do you want to work at our company? | Arjun Anand | I was eagerly waiting for this question mam, from my school days till the end of graduation this question was asked many times to me and I had also searched it many times. I now see how these skills not only can contribute to my career, but also the advancement of company goals.
54 | Experienced | What would you say to your boss if he is crazy about an idea, but you think it stinks? | Uttam Gokhale | In my view, Boss is always right. If he decides with his vast experience, then I will support him, but if he asks me about my point-of-view on his decision then I will honestly tell him about my idea of his decision so that he could make a better decision.
55 | Experienced | What changes would you make if you came on board? | Indrani Mallick | As I’ve researched both your company and this potential position, I’ve had a few great ideas that I would be excited to implement depending on current company plans and strategies. 63 | Experienced | Tell me about a situation when your work was criticized. | Geetha Dhillon | Being only human, I can admit to receiving criticism of my work in the past. Honestly, the only thing you can do at that point is to thank the person for pointing out the flaw.
It's like when you have to tell a friend they have food on their face. Some people don’t like that, but I see it as a way to protect them from greater embarrassment with someone else.
Last year, I received criticism from a coworker on my report writing. She did not like how I sent each report in a separate email. Instead, she requested that all emails be sent in one email. I had no idea this was what she preferred. As soon as she told me this, I was easily able to make the change by compiling all documents into one email.
Ever since then, everything has been fantastic between the two of us.

65 | Experienced | Why have you had so many jobs? | Sanchit Joshi | Firstly I am not a person who will keep on hopping from one company to another just for the sake of money. However, money is equally important to survive. I always like to be challenged. In the past, I have had an opportunity to work with some of the reputed companies but my expected growth reached a ceiling due to a lack of sufficient growth opportunities. You have the best qualities that's why you are here. But I feel good about- interacting with you.
70 | Fresher | On a scale of one to ten, rate me as an interviewer. | Bhavna Haldar | I would rate you like 9 out of 10. Let me explain. 73 | Fresher | Tell me something about our company. | Vaishnavi Biswal | As I researched employment opportunities, your company stood out to me. The job posting mentioned that you value a fun workplace just as much as company success and the company website reemphasized this. This mindset resonated with me because I firmly believe that the most successful companies are built on both dedication and laughter.
74 | Fresher | If you won $10 million lotteries, would you still work? | Vipul Gandhi | Sir I won't, I’m a straight forward boy, and try to avoid vagueness as far as possible, though I work for money + satisfaction, but after getting such a huge amount of money I would try to invest in the business so that I can become a competitor of this firm as I had always been taught to dream big.
75 | Fresher | If you won $10 million lotteries, would you still work? | Aruna Dixit | Yes, sir, I will continue my work with you. 77 | Fresher | Have you considered starting your own business? | Jaideep Dalal | For starting a business I need to have much more knowledge and experience And capital too. And I'm a fresher now so now I'm not thinking about that.
78 | Fresher | What was the toughest decision you ever had to make? | Chaaya Khurana | Me being a girl (for society) it was very tough to step out not just from my city but from my state to join VIT University, nearly 1000 KM away from my city, and that to pursue my passion, mechanical engineering. Everyone around me told not to join this stream, as its not a girl's stream. Somewhere, I was also convinced but then I decided to listen to my heart and right now I feel proud about it.
79 | Fresher | What was the toughest decision you ever had to make? | Siddharth Jain | Decisions are not tough until we don't have a clear idea about our options. I don't face such difficulty because.
I am always working on my options to choose my best.
80 | Fresher | Who has inspired you in your life and why? | Pavan Dewan | I find inspiration in a variety of people and things. I would have to say that the person who has most greatly inspired me has been my grandmother. She always had a smile on her face no matter how hard she worked and she loved everyone.
